9．（20 分）（a）．设 $\displaystyle A \in M_{n}(\mathbb{R})$ 是半正定对称矩阵，$\displaystyle x \in \mathbb{R}^{n}$ ．证明：$\displaystyle x^{\top} A x=0$ 等价于 $\displaystyle A x=0$ ． （b）．设 $A$ 是 $n$ 阶半正定对称矩阵，将其写成分块矩阵的形式 $$ A=\left(\begin{array}{ll} A_{1} & A_{2} \\ A_{2}^{\top} & A_{4} \end{array}\right), $$ 其中 $\displaystyle A_{1}$ 是 $r$ 阶方阵。证明：对 $\displaystyle x \in \mathbb{R}^{r}$ ，若 $\displaystyle A_{1} x=0$ ，则 $\displaystyle A_{2}^{\top} x=0$ ． （c）．设 $\displaystyle A, B$ 是 $n$ 阶半正定实对称矩阵，且 $\displaystyle \operatorname{rank}(A)=r$ 。证明：存在 $n$ 阶可逆矩阵 $P$ ，使得 $$ P^{-1} A\left(P^{-1}\right)^{\top}=\left(\begin{array}{cc} I_{r} & 0 \\ 0 & 0 \end{array}\right), \quad P^{\top} B P=\operatorname{diag}\left\{\lambda_{1}, \lambda_{2}, \cdots, \lambda_{n}\right\} $$
